.The White River continues in minor to moderate flood from Anderson to Elliston...with the crest passing Morgan County points through early Tuesday. Moderate flooding will continue at Centerton and Eagle Valley through Tuesday afternoon...and start at Spencer by midday Tuesday. Minor flooding to end at Noblesville early Tuesday and at Nora by Tuesday afternoon...while minor flooding starts at Edwardsport tonight and at Newberry early Tuesday.

* WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...White River near Centerton.

* WHEN...Until early Friday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 17.8 feet, Flood waters cover the flood plain along SR 39 connecting SRs 37 and 67 just southwest of Martinsville. Flooding causes the evacuation of a few homes and damages Blue Bluff Road near IPL Power Plant. Local river roads are impassable.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 10:00 PM EDT Monday the stage was 17.5 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 10:00 PM EDT Monday was 17.7 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage early Thursday afternoon and continue falling and remain below flood stage. - Flood stage is 12.0 feet. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
