Between 1 and 2 inches of rain fell. - Minor flooding impacts will continue, but no additional heavy rainfall is imminent. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Whitesburg, Hyden, Letcher, Bath, Jenkins, Fleming-Neon, Vicco, Blackey, Elko, Carcassonne, Red Star, Gander, Indian Bottom, Arminta, Bluefield, David, Carbon Glow, Hallie, Roxana and Lilley Cornett Woods.
