* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 657 PM EDT, emergency management reported flooding in the warned area. Flooding impacts will continue, but additional significant rainfall is not expected. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Richmond, Centerville, Cambridge City, Hagerstown, Fountain City, Dublin, Franklin, Milton, Greens Fork, East Germantown, Economy, Mount Auburn, Jacksonburg, Interstate 70 at Exit 145, Williamsburg and Beesons.
