* WHAT...Arroyo and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...Southeastern Lincoln County in central New Mexico...
* WHEN...Until 445 PM MDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 238 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause arroyo and small stream flooding. Between 0.25 and 0.6 inches of rain have fallen. - This heavy rain is focused on along the Kelly, Peachtree, and Copeland Canyons within the Seven Cabins burn area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
