Raccoon Creek near Granville.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Raccoon Creek near Granville.

* WHEN...Until this evening.

* IMPACTS...At 14.5 feet, Water breaches the TJ Evans bike trail west of Granville and floods storage buildings near the Granville water plant. Water also approaches the property of the Denison University power plant.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 10:00 AM EDT Thursday the stage was 13.9 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 14.5 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage this evening. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.
