* WHAT...For the Heat Advisory, heat index values up to 110. For the Extreme Heat Watch, dangerously hot conditions with heat index values up to 106 possible.

* WHERE...Dickinson, Clay, Cloud, Ottawa, Republic, Washington, and Marshall Counties.

* WHEN...For the Heat Advisory, until 7 PM CDT Monday. For the Extreme Heat Watch, from Monday evening through Tuesday evening.

* IMPACTS...Heat related illnesses increase significantly during extreme heat and high humidity events. Hot temperatures and high humidity may cause heat cramps, heat exhaustion, and even heat stroke.
