* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1125 AM EDT, Emergency management reported many creeks and ditches are still full or overflowing in various parts of the county, with standing water still noted on several roads as well. As such, we have extended the flood advisory. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
