Locations impacted include... Paintsville, Prestonsburg, Estill, Martin, Wayland, Allen, Oaklawn Estates, Hippo, Fitz, Oil Springs, Glo, Printer, Lancer, Meally, Collista, West Van Lear, Dotson, Ivel, Blue River, and Buffalo.
