* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 111 PM CDT, the transportation department reported Route Z was closed in Howard County due to high water. Other rural roads across the warned area likely are flooded as runoff continues from earlier rainfall. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen during the past 6 hours. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
