* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Training of showers and storms in the midst of remnant tropical moisture across portions of north central and northeast Kansas.
