* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 332 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is already occurring in the advisory area.
