* IMPACTS...At 19.5 feet, Xavier Road leading north from the river gage begins to see water near the road.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 7:00 AM CDT Monday the stage was 19.5 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage this afternoon and continue falling to 8.5 feet Saturday morning. - Flood stage is 17.0 feet.
