* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.
* WHERE...A portion of central Virginia, including the following county, Buckingham.
* WHEN...Until 645 PM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 448 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms has moved east of the advisory area. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.8 and 2.3 inches of rain have fallen. - This includes the following streams and drainages... Forsip Creek, Iron Branch, James River, Brick Kiln Branch, Dolittle Creek, Bear Garden Creek, Alabama Creek, Crooked Creek, David Creek and Cole Creek. Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Centenary... Wingina...
