* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...A portion of southeast Kansas, including the following county, Bourbon.
* WHEN...Until 445 AM CDT Sunday.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1034 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Fort Scott, Bronson, Uniontown, Fulton, Redfield, Marmaton, Mapleton, Devon, Hiattville, Harding, Petersburg, Pawnee Station, Hammond, Xenia, Porterville and Garland. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
