* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:00 AM CDT Monday the stage was 15.9 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late this afternoon to a crest of 16.8 feet tomorrow morning. It will then fall below flood stage early Wednesday morning. - Flood stage is 16.0 feet.
