* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Whitewater River at Towanda.

* WHEN...From this morning to early tomorrow afternoon.

* IMPACTS...At 22.0 feet, The river will be out of its banks on both sides. West bank overflows impact cropland mainly in low lying areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 2:30 AM CDT Friday the stage was 12.4 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late this morning to a crest of 23.0 feet this evening. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 22.0 feet.
