For the Gale Warning, southeast winds 30 to 40 kt with gusts up to 45 kt and seas 14 to 19 ft expected. For the second Small Craft Advisory, southeast winds 20 to 30 kt with gusts up to 40 kt and seas 15 to 20 ft expected.

* WHERE...Cape Spencer to Cape Fairweather out to 15 NM and Icy Cape to Cape Suckling out to 15 NM.

* WHEN...For the first Small Craft Advisory, until 4 AM AKDT Sunday. For the Gale Warning, from 4 AM to 1 PM AKDT Sunday. For the second Small Craft Advisory, from 1 PM Sunday to 4 PM AKDT Monday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
