* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Rises in small streams and normally dry stream beds. Some low-water crossings may become impassable.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 249 AM MDT, Heavy rain has ended but runoff will continue to bring flooding in fields and low lying areas.
