* WHERE...North Central Kimble County in west central Texas... South Central McCulloch County in west central Texas... Northwestern Mason County in west central Texas... Southeastern Menard County in west central Texas...

* WHEN...Until 615 AM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 312 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain has fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1.5 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Long Mountain, Streeter, Hext, Grit, Saline, London, Camp Air, Katemcy, The Intersection Of Highway 29 And Ranch Road 1222, Erna and Us-377 Near The Kimble-Menard County Line. - This includes the following Low Water Crossings... crossings along FM 1221, Katemcy crossing, Old Junction crossing Honey Creek, Turkey SpringS crossing, Red crossing Little Bluff Creek, Hungry Hollow crossing, Long Mountain crossing, Chimney Hollow crossing Big Bluff Creek, County Road 370 crossing Big Saline Creek and County Road 370 crossing Big Saline Creek. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
