Locations impacted include... Washington Court House, Mount Sterling, Williamsport, Bloomingburg, New Holland, Clarksburg, Darbyville, Deer Creek Lake, Interstate 71 at State Route 38, State Route 207 at US Route 22, Madison Mills, Plano, and Pancoastburg.
This includes I-71 in Ohio between mile markers 74 and 78.
