* WHAT...South winds 35 to 45 mph with gusts of 60 to 70 mph expected.
* WHERE...The Colorado River Valley including Lake Mead, Lake Mohave, Lake Havasu, Needles, Laughlin, and Bullhead City. Mohave County, southern and northeastern Clark County, the Spring Mountains, and the Sheep Range.
* WHEN...Until 8 PM PDT /8 PM MST/ this evening.
* IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines. Widespread power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. Expect dangerous boating conditions for all water craft on area lakes.
