At 600 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated that heavy rain with thunderstorms had largely exited the warned area. However, water may be slow to recede due to 1 to 2.5 inches of rain that occurred this afternoon. Flash flooding remains a concern across portions of Pulaski County.
