* WHEN...For the Hazardous Seas Warning, from 7 AM this morning to 9 PM PST this evening. For the Small Craft Advisory, until 7 AM PST this morning.
* IMPACTS...Very steep and hazardous seas could capsize or cause damage to vessels.
