At 605 PM MDT, While rainfall rates have decreased significantly, between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain fell with earlier thunderstorms. This will lead to excessive runoff with a risk of Flash Flooding persisting.
Excessive rainfall over the burn scar will impact Tecolote Creek. The debris flow can consist of rock, mud, vegetation and other loose materials.
