* WHAT...For the first Small Craft Advisory, southeast winds 20 to 30 kt with gusts up to 40 kt and seas 9 to 13 ft. For the Gale Warning, southeast winds 25 to 35 kt with gusts up to 45 kt and seas 15 to 20 ft expected. For the second Small Craft Advisory, south winds 20 to 30 kt with gusts up to 45 kt and seas 15 to 20 ft expected.

* WHERE...Cape Spencer to Cape Fairweather out to 15 NM, Cape Fairweather to Icy Cape out to 15 NM and Icy Cape to Cape Suckling out to 15 NM.

* WHEN...For the first Small Craft Advisory, until 4 AM AKDT early this morning. For the Gale Warning, from 4 AM early this morning to 1 PM AKDT this afternoon. For the second Small Craft Advisory, from 1 PM this afternoon to 4 PM AKDT Monday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
