* WHAT...For the Small Craft Advisory, north winds 10 to 20 kt with gusts up to 30 kt and seas 6 to 9 ft at 11 seconds. For the Hazardous Seas Watch, very steep and hazardous seas 7 to 12 ft at 10 seconds possible.

* WHERE...For the Small Craft Advisory, waters south of Port Orford. For the Hazardous Seas Watch, waters south of Cape Blanco but with the highest chances of very steep seas north of Gold Beach.

* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, until 5 AM PDT Thursday. For the Hazardous Seas Watch, from Thursday evening through Friday morning.

* IMPACTS...Very steep and hazardous seas could capsize or damage vessels. Bar crossing could become especially hazardous.
