* Flash Flood Warning for... Central Bandera County in south central Texas... Southeastern Kerr County in south central Texas... Northwestern Medina County in south central Texas...

* Until 130 AM CDT.

* At 935 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. The expected rainfall rate is 1 to 3 inches in 1 hour. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.

HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing flash flooding.
