* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:30 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 13.8 feet and rising. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage tonight to a crest of 17.2 feet Monday afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage Tuesday afternoon. - Flood stage is 16.0 feet.
