* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1:00 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 13.3 feet. - Bankfull stage is 12.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage this morning and continue rising to a crest of 17.5 feet early Monday afternoon.
