IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include... Barbourville, Cannon, Artemus, Garrich, Emmanuel, Moore Hill, Barnyard, Salt Gum, Hinkle, Rossland, North Corbin, Jarvis, Cranes Nest, Girdler, Heidrick, Baileys Switch, Indian Creek, Avis, Dishman Springs, and Gray.
