* WHAT...For the Small Craft Advisory, north winds 15 to 25 kt with gusts up to 35 kt and seas 7 to 10 ft at 12 seconds. For the Hazardous Seas Warning, very steep and hazardous seas 7 to 10 ft at 12 seconds expected.

* WHERE...For the hazardous seas warning, areas south of Brookings beyond 20 nm of shore. For the Small Craft Advisory, all other areas.

* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, until 11 PM PDT Tuesday. For the Hazardous Seas Warning, from 2 PM this afternoon to 11 PM PDT Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Very steep and hazardous seas could capsize or damage vessels. Bar crossings will become especially treacherous.
