The National Weather Service in State College has extended the

* Flash Flood Warning for... Sullivan County in north central Pennsylvania...

* Until 1115 PM EDT.

* At 845 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain across the warned area. Between 3 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.

HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Heavy rain producing flash flooding.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include... Lincoln Falls, Muncy Valley, Kettle Creek Gorge, Shunk, Dushore, Laporte, Forksville, Eagles Mere and Hillsgrove.
