* WHERE...Neosho River near Parsons.

* WHEN...From late Friday night to Monday evening.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 7:30 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 10.5 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage early Saturday morning to a crest of 25.2 feet Sunday morning. It will then fall below flood stage Monday morning. - Flood stage is 21.0 feet.
