* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...The Black Hawk Creek at Hudson, or from the Black Hawk-Grundy County line to the Cedar River in Waterloo.

* WHEN...Until early tomorrow afternoon.

* IMPACTS...At 15.0 feet, Water affects Iowa 58 as well as Fletcher Ave and Ridgeway Ave at US 63 in Waterloo. Water also affects Watters Rd. Some residential evacuations may be needed.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:45 AM CDT Saturday the stage was 15.2 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 15.4 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage tomorrow morning. - Flood stage is 15.0 feet.
