* WHAT...Urban area and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Guam...

* WHEN...Until 200 PM ChST.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1141 AM ChST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain and potential thunderstorms over the eastern portion of northern Guam and central southern Guam. This is expected to cause urban and small stream flooding. - Additional rainfall amounts of 2 to 4 inches are expected over the area.
