* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Stranger Creek near Tonganoxie.

* WHEN...From this afternoon to late Monday night.

* IMPACTS...At 23.0 feet, Low-lying farmland along the creek floods. At 25.0 feet, County Highway 6 floods about 3 miles east of Tonganoxie.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:30 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 13.2 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late this afternoon to a crest of 24.3 feet this evening.
