* WHAT...For the first Small Craft Advisory, southeast winds 20 to 30 kt with gusts up to 40 kt and seas 10 to 13 ft. For the Gale Warning, east winds 35 to 45 kt with gusts up to 60 kt and seas 18 to 23 ft expected. For the second Small Craft Advisory, south winds 25 to 35 kt with gusts up to 45 kt and seas 16 to 21 ft expected.
* WHERE...Cape Fairweather to Icy Cape from 15 to 80 NM.
* WHEN...For the first Small Craft Advisory, until noon AKST today. For the Gale Warning, from noon today to 3 PM AKST Friday. For the second Small Craft Advisory, from 3 PM to 6 PM AKST Friday.
* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
