* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Union and Wayne, northern Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Campbell and Kenton, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Brown, Butler, Clermont, Clinton, Fairfield, Fayette, Greene, Hamilton, Highland, Hocking, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto and Warren.

* WHEN...From midnight EDT tonight through Friday morning.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Several rounds of thunderstorms will produce heavy rain of 1 to 3 inches with locally higher amounts, which may lead to flooding.
