* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - A stalled front over eastern North Carolina will linger through at least Friday evening. Rounds of heavy rainfall with some embedded thunderstorms could bring additional rain totals of 2 to 4 inches.
