* IMPACTS...Creeks and streams have risen out of their banks. Roads and streets are flooded. Flooding of structures is occurring. High water may be slow to recede from flooded areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1101 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. - Lee County Emergency Management reports that flooding continues along the Green River in Lee County. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
