* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 342 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. These storms are generally moving southward across the advisory area. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Up to 2 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches are expected over the area.
