* IMPACTS...At 26.0 feet, Low-lying rural land along the river begins to flood.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 7:30 AM CDT Friday the stage was 19.2 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage early tomorrow afternoon to a crest of 26.9 feet early Sunday morning.
