* At 1201 AM AST, Doppler radar indicated strong thunderstorms, capable of producing winds to around 30 knots. These strong thunderstorms were located over open waters of Caribbean waters of Puerto Rico from 10 NM to 17N, including the coastal waters southwest of Saint Croix zone, moving northwest at 20 knots.
