* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...The island of Oahu in Honolulu County...

* WHEN...Until 1015 PM HST.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding on roads, poor drainage areas, and in streams.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 713 PM HST, Doppler radar indicated heavy scattered heavy showers over the Koolau Mountains and windward Oahu. The heaviest showers are falling at a rate of up to one inch per hour, mainly north of Kaneohe. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Waiahole, Waikane, Kahaluu, Ahuimanu, Kaaawa, Kaneohe, Punaluu, Kaneohe Marine Base, Hauula, Kalihi, Maunawili and Kailua.
