* IMPACTS...At 10.0 feet, Lowland flooding below Concan to Choke Canyon Reservoir floods oil well pump jacks, irrigation pumps and any equipment in the lower flood plain near and above Derby. At 14.0 feet, Significant crop and pastureland flooding below Uvalde to Choke Canyon Reservoir floods oil well pump jacks, irrigation pumps and any equipment in the flood plain. Numerous secondary roads and low bridges are flooded. Livestock are cut off and potentially drowned in low areas of the flood plain.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1:30 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 6.8 feet. - Bankfull stage is 6.0 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 1:30 PM CDT Thursday was 6.8 feet. - Forecast...The river will rise to 13.0 feet Sunday morning. It will then fall early Sunday afternoon. It will rise to 13.0 feet Monday morning.
