* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...A portion of central North Carolina, including the following county, Wake.

* WHEN...Until 1000 PM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 810 PM EDT, Heavy rainfall has ended over the Advisory area. Continued ponding from residual runoff will likely remain for another hour. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain has fallen. - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Raleigh, Cary, Wake Forest, Garner, Zebulon, Knightdale, Wendell, Rolesville, Lake Benson, Lake Wheeler and Falls Lake.
