* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 6:15 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 12.7 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late this morning to a crest of 16.2 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage this afternoon. - Flood stage is 15.0 feet.
