* WHERE...The following counties, in Central Ohio, Fairfield and Hocking.
* WHEN...Until 100 AM EDT Wednesday.
* IMPACTS...Numerous roads remain flooded or closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 656 PM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain has fallen over the last 24 hours. Flooding is ongoing in the warned area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen this afternoon on already saturated soils. Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Lancaster, Logan, Nelsonville, Bremen, Pleasantville, Hide-A- Way Hills, Hocking Hills State Park, Starr, Royalton, Lithopolis, Amanda, Stoutsville, Laurelville, Carroll, Murray City, Sugar Grove, Rushville, West Rushville, Rockbridge and Enterprise.
