At 650 PM EDT, 911 Call Center reported thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. The expected rainfall rate up to 1 inch per hour. Flash flooding is already occurring.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas.

Some locations that will experience flash flooding include... Indiana, Homer City, Blairsville, Black Lick, Avonmore, Saltsburg, West Lebanon, New Florence, New Alexandria, Chevy Chase Heights, Seward, Bolivar, Armagh, Lucerne Mines, Jacksonville, Brush Vly and Yellow Creek State Park.
