For the following areas... Delaware Bay waters north of East Point NJ to Slaughter Beach DE...

At 823 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line extending from 11 nm north of Pea Patch Island to 11 nm northeast of Northeast River, moving southeast at 40 knots. These storms have a history of producing severe winds across Chester County, Pennsylvania.

HAZARD...Wind gusts in excess of 50 knots and small hail.

IMPACT...Boats could suffer significant structural damage in high winds. Small craft could capsize in suddenly higher waves.

Locations impacted include... Fortesque Beach, Sea Breeze, Pea Patch Island, Woodland Beach, Stony Point, Ship John Shoal Light, Cross Ledge Light, and Reedy Point.
